As a rapidly growing local company (0 – 40 people in 2 ½ years!) that prefers having staff in the office, Sherbet Donkey were struggling to find the right people in their available talent pool and were looking to expand.
After getting in contact, we worked together to work out what makes Sherbet Donkey unique, how their current teams work together and what their hiring budget was. After this, we were confident that we could find the right person to help them achieve their goals and help the training and development of their current staff so that the whole business can grow together.
Here, we talk to Sherbet Donkey’s Head of Development, Andrew Dawson, about why they chose to explore hiring remotely overseas, how it was engaging with Prodigi’s process and what it has been like working with the talent that we ultimately set them up with.
